Februus is the Etruscan god of getting spring cleaning started early. He lived in the nice ‘n toasty underworld, but it was incredibly filthy and nasty down there. Everything had to be brought upstairs where his froggy toes where subject to getting frozen to the ice. February (the month named after him) was the earliest he could get started. Not quite spring, but so much heavy garbage had to brought up from the underworld, he felt an intense OCD need to get an early start and hop to it.
