Episode 7

Ceti001 arrived from Cetus with with a crew of 23 and wanted to assume control over its territory as designated by the truce. No hard feelings. The Captain of Ceti001 suggested that the reason why the communications haven’t been getting through is because The Rainbow Bridge isn’t what it used to be. It’s effectively a heavily damaged one-lane road. Interstellar ships and communications can’t cross at the same time. There is a gap of a little more than two days before the next interstellar ship arrives and the bridge has no traffic.

The space monkeys fired off a communiqué requesting that bridge traffic halts for 4 days so they can send an interstellar ship back across the bridge without causing a head-on collision. Less than 2 hours later, they got a reply that the message had been received and traffic flow would stop. Woohoo!
